MEET THE ARTIST
The art of storytelling through metal.
For local artist Dion Cross, every piece of metal has a story waiting to be told.
Drawing inspiration from the people, history and character of the Western Downs, Dion transforms reclaimed materials and everyday objects into remarkable sculptures.
His work celebrates the stories of community, giving forgotten materials new life through creativity, craftsmanship and imagination.
